The Slow Mo Guys set up a fire surrounded by motorized fans to push it into a spiral tornado.

This one floors me. It looks like it could be made with CGI, but their prepwork and various footage of it seems like this is real behavior of fire. I also haven't seen enough fire tornados in my life to prove this video wrong.
